This is the cake I made for "The Bonnie Hunt Show" April Production Birthdays.
It is a 3 tier cake made to feed 75 People.
The cake was 2 layers of Chocolate Butter Cake with 1 layer of Vanilla Butter Cake in the middle and Whipped Chocolate Ganache filling then Frosted with Buttercreme.
The Names were made out of Chocolate and the hat on top is a small vanilla cake decorated with Fondant and Gum paste.
